AN ENCHANTED ROOFTOP SPRING BLOOM
Cinereal transformed the 40th‑floor Top of the Hyatt into The Grand Garden, a lush springtime pop‑up that weaves together concept design, scenic fabrication, F&B consulting, and brand partnerships.
Perched 400 feet above San Diego Bay, the space unfolds as an enchanting garden sanctuary: giant mushrooms, draping florals, delicate fragrances, and vibrant color punctuate every corner.
Guests wander through Instagram‑perfect moments– including private greenhouse pods and trellis‑hung blossoms– while soaking in 180° panoramic views of ocean and skyline.
Cinereal orchestrated a full takeover: from concept to completion, we designed and installed decor and scenic elements, consulted on food & beverage execution, and strategically integrated key sponsorships.
A fully curated Sipsmith Gin‑branded bar featuring bespoke gin sips like the “Strawberry Fields” and “Springtime Smash,” showcased the artisanal spirit partner within the narrative garden setting.
Light bites and dessert samplers including mousse cakes, airy flatbreads, and sharable treats were balanced to complement cocktails and the overall sensory journey.
THE GRAND GARDEN RAN FOR A SEASONAL WINDOW AT THE MANCHESTER GRAND HYATT SAN DIEGO (SPRING–EARLY SUMMER), WITH BOTH PUBLIC WALK-INS AND PREMIUM RESERVED PODS—CURATED FOR PHOTO-WORTHY IMPACT AND DYNAMIC BRAND ENGAGEMENT.
